POST SWEAT SESSION SMOOTHIE RECIPE
Here's a great, tangy smoothie recipe that is super easy to make!
- Handful of spinach
- Handful of ice cubes
- Coconut water (count to 3 while pouring)
- Scoop of pineapple chunks
- Your fave protein and/or flax powder
- Half a lemon's juice
- Ginger (a little goes a long way!)
